REKAZ specializes Oil spills and drill cuttings cleaning via our exclusive partners patented technology, where the process divided into 3 phases in terms of Oil spills:
1. Oil recovery and purification from solids as well as elevating the quality by using advanced product which will improve its API gravity and ensure its BS&W is <1% (Our operational experience shows its in the range of 0.3-0.6 %).
2. Cleaning the water from oil and other impurities. Using our advanced, eco-friendly technology, from out sister company APEX we remove contaminants, recovering valuable oil for resale and ensuring Oil in Water (OiW) is <10 ppm.
3. Sand/Soil Cleaning, and in this phase we ensure the sand/Soil quality meets the environmental regulations to be deposited back in the land.
By the end of the process the pits are cleaned, and the treated water is rendered safe for other uses, such as in drilling operations, ensuring it no longer poses am environment concern as well making valuable income from Oil recovered. This comprehensive solution not only maximizes oil recovery but also significantly reduces the environmental footprint of oil production in the region.
H2S TREATMENT IN FLOW LINES
Effective H2S treatment with no byproducts
Apcotane:
- Uses an organic molecule to chemically react with H₂S, altering its phase and encapsulating it in an organic acid.
- Once H₂S reverts to the sulfide phase, it becomes permanently encapsulated, preventing it from changing back.
- The active molecule is carbon-based, attaching sulfides to a carbon chain, ensuring the oil remains unaltered.
- Treats both organic and inorganic sulfides, including mercaptans and iron sulfide.
VAP-X Oil Blend:
- Oil soluble
- Similar reaction as Apcotane

VAP-X Gas Blend:
- Effectively reduces hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) and carbon dioxide (CO₂) levels by 50–70%, offering an economical solution for gas stream treatment.

- Addresses challenges in battery applications where water plays a significant role, particularly in scale formation.
